Pls pay attention: The fan's engine is inside the vest, and the vest has waterproof property. Rain water won't enter the fan quickly even if it rains suddenly. If the electric fan gets water inside, it will definitely be damaged. This is unavoidable. The fan is detachable and can be removed during rainy days. Pls make sure that the rain does not enter the jack of the data cable, then it will not be affected. If it rains suddenly, pls stop using the fan immediately and store it away

The air conditioning period depends on the ice pack. You can prepare several ice pack with you in advance if you think the air conditioning period is very important to you.
I think normal ice pack can last for 3-4 hours which depends on the actual weather and the actual ice pack.
The ice pack will make the wind cool but will not give a freezing sensation.
On the other hand, only using the fan without ice pack can also get rid of the heat too.
